Sex Therapy

I am a growth-oriented therapist dedicated to helping clients overcome shame, anxiety, unmet needs, and other obstacles to living as their most authentic selves. I bring a non-judgmental, body-positive, and pleasure-affirming approach to therapy. I have 10 years of academic training and degrees from Yale University, Dartmouth College, and Antioch University including a certificate in Sex Therapy, as well as 15 years of experience in therapy-adjacent work supporting diverse individuals through major life transitions. In 2024-2025, I completed a year-long internship/residency at PNW Sex Therapy Collective where I received additional training, supervision, and support.

My approach combines emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, nonviolent communication, and experiential strategies tailored to each client’s needs — whether they prefer a direct, challenging style or a gentler, compassionate one. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling like passengers in life rather than drivers. If that resonates, I’d love to help you rewrite the unhelpful stories you’ve been told and reclaim your own narrative so you can make meaningful changes.

I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues, with a special focus on long-term relationships, men’s sexual concerns, and navigating post/progressive-religious, queer, nonmonogamous/polyamorous, and kink identities.
